No returns or refunds on opened or used products.
Return is allowed only if:
Wrong product delivered
Product damaged during transit
Product expired on arrival
You must share:
Unboxing video (mandatory for damage verification)
Images of the product
Order ID within 48 hours of delivery
Without proof, replacement cannot be processed.
Used products
Products without original packaging
Items purchased during sale
Products damaged after delivery
If approved:
Refund is issued within 7–10 working days
Refund method: original payment mode
The customer will only be allowed to exchange the product once.
